2 lbs lean Angus ground beef
1/2 cup Cucina Antica Organic Low Fat Italiano Dressing
1/2 lb Prosciutto di Parma, thinly sliced
1/2 lb smoked mozzarella, thinly sliced
1 small white onion, chopped
1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
1 bag of mixed Italian greens
6 kaiser rolls
6 ears corn on the cob husked, grilled
1/2 lb potatoes, wedge sliced, roasted on grill
Cucina Antica Organic Tomato Ketchup
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground beef with Cucina Antica Organic Low Fat Italiano Dressing, breadcrumbs and chopped onions. Crack an egg in the bowl and mix thoroughly. Form about 6 burgers from the mix. Throw the burgers on a preheated grill (the grill should be heated to high, sear both sides of the burger to keep in the flavor & juices and then lower the heat to cook slowly). When the burgers are almost cooked to the desired temperature (just a couple of minutes prior to removing burgers from the grill) lay a piece of smoked mozzarella cheese on each, then top with a piece of prosciutto di Parma. When the cheese starts to melt, remove burgers from grill, add a slice of tomato and some mixed Italian greens on each, squeeze the desired amount of Cucina Antica Organic Tomato Ketchup and serve in a kaiser roll, with side of potatoes and Corn on the Cob.
