Serves 4 to 6


  • 1 16 oz jar Cucina Antica Garlic Marinara Sauce
  • 1 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups dry elbow macaroni
  • 8 cups vegetable broth
  • Parmesan, grated
  • Salt, to taste


    Pour Cucina Antica Garlic Marinara Sauce into a large soup or sauce pot. Bring sauce to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add vegetable broth, stir, then bring to a boil. Add salt to taste, then add the pasta and beans. Let the soup simmer until the pasta is completely cooked. Ladle the soup into bowls and sprinkle cheese on top of each serving, then serve.
