Serves 6 to 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl add the eggs and beat for about a minute. Add the sugar and beat for 2 more minutes. Add flour, baking powder and melted butter and mix together. Next fold in 1 cup of the Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce and the chopped apple. Pour the mixture into a greased square pan. Bake for 45 minutes and cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle the remainder of the cranberry sauce on top and enjoy!
