Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

  • Cucina Antica Low Fat Italiano Organic Salad Dressing
  • 1 package imported farfalle pasta
  • 1 corn cob, fully boiled and shaved into kernels
  • 1 large Roma tomato, sliced
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, cubed

Preparation:

Cook pasta al dente, rinse, and allow to cool. Place pasta in large bowl and toss with corn, tomato, avocado, onion, cheese, and chicken. Mix in Cucina Antica Low Fat Italiano Organic Salad Dressing. Plate and serve.
