Serves 4 to 6 



Prepare orzo pasta in a large pot. Cook al dente, drain, and set aside, allowing to cool completely. Dice tomato, cucumber, and onion and mix in a large bowl. Slice salami into half inch strips and mix into vegetables. Coat pasta with Cucina Antica Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then add to bowl of vegetables. Mix thoroughly, then add feta cheese and salt and pepper. Drizzle with Cucina Antica Caesar Dressing and mix again. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to mingle and serve cold.
