Separate your biscuit dough and place the biscuits on a non stick baking sheet--or spray your baking sheet with non-stick spray. Using your fingers, gently flatten the dough, pressing toward the edges, but be careful not to spread the dough too thin--you don't want the biscuits to burn. Spread a spoonful of Cucina Antica Tuscany Pumpkin sauce on each biscuit. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, fontina, pepperoni, and salami as desired. Follow baking instructions for the pre-made dough.
