Ingredients
-
6 strips bacon
-
1 small onion, chopped
-
1 cup Cucina Antica Tuscany Pumpkin sauce
-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
-
Salt and pepper, to taste
-
1 celery stalk, chopped
-
Crackers and vegetables for dipping
Directions
In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat. On a paper towel-lined plate, place bacon to remove excess grease. Properly dispose of most of the bacon grease but do not clean skillet.
To the same skillet, add chopped onions and sauté on medium heat for 10 minutes, or until the onions are tender and slightly translucent.
In a large bowl, mix Tuscany Pumpkin sauce, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Crumble your bacon into the bowl, add the onions, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Add chopped celery and mix to combine. Grab your crackers or veggies and dip away!
