Serves 4 to 5
- 1 jar Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce
- 4-5 pork chops
- 1 bottle Cucina Antica Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Salt and pepper one side of each pork chop. Drizzle Cucina Antica Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the bottom of a skillet and turn heat to medium-high. Place pork chops, salt and pepper sides down, in the skillet. Place 1-2 spoonfuls of Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce on each pork chop. Cook for about 5 minutes and then flip (the cranberry sauce will spread out along the bottom of the skillet). Cook for about 5 minutes and then flip again. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the salt and pepper sides of the pork chops to cook in the cranberry sauce.
Plate pork chops and spoon cranberry sauce from the skillet onto the top of each. You can also add additional, fresh Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce straight from the jar.
