- 2-4 cups Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce
- 4-6 slices cold leftover turkey breast
- 1-2 cups left over stuffing
- 1/4 cup gravy
- 1 handful of spinach
- 4 slices whole wheat or rye bread
Heat gravy and leftover stuffing to desired temperature. On the first slice of bread, layer spinach and slices of turkey and top with a thin layer of gravy. Top with about half of the stuffing. Spread Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce over stuffing and spread extra over the second slice of bread. Repeat layers with second sandwich. Serve with extra Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce for dipping.
