Cranberry Hot Wings

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. ground mustard
  • 2 tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tbsp. hot pepper or Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 lbs. chicken wings

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large slow cooker or crock pot, combine Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce, ground mustard, paprika, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes. Cut chicken wings into three pieces and discard wing tip sections.

Place chicken wings on greased pan and cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Place cooked wings in slow cooker and toss in the sauce. Remove from sauce and place wings back in the oven for 5 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
