Featuring the Instant Pot
Ingredients & Preparation: 
2 tbsp butter
1/12 lb lean beef stew meat, coated with 3 tbsp almond flour and 1 tsp sea salt

*brown the meat in the Instant Pot*

*deglaze pan with a little Guinness*

1 tbsp butter
1 large onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
*saute in the Instant Pot*

*Add remaining Guinness*
½ cup Cucina Antica Garlic marinara
4 cups beef broth
2 large carrots, diced
2 large parsnips, diced
1 ½ heirloom potatoes, cut in half

*Add all to Instant Pot and set on high pressure for 15 minutes, with 15 minutes natural release*

*season with salt and pepper to taste*
