1 tbsp butter 1 large onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced *saute in the Instant Pot*
*Add remaining Guinness* ½ cup Cucina Antica Garlic marinara 4 cups beef broth 2 large carrots, diced 2 large parsnips, diced 1 ½ heirloom potatoes, cut in half
*Add all to Instant Pot and set on high pressure for 15 minutes, with 15 minutes natural release*
